A French Limoges, or Limoges style, silver foil enamel on copper vase. The vase is signed "Vallet". The hand painted enamel features a French woman in a county landscape. The vase is 3.5" tall, and approximately 1.5" at it's widest point.
The vase is in very good antique condition with vibrant coloration and details. There is wear to the rim of the base in several areas. There is also a chip to the enamel located on the lower portion of the vase to the right of the artist's signature. None of the above are particularly noticeable when the vase is displayed facing forward. Please examine all photos closely.
