Otherwise … moreThere are some light surface scratches on the top, as well as a scratch on one of the sides. Otherwise the piece is in excellent condition. I believe this to be a Mahogany wood piece, but I am not a wood expert. I have also been unable to find another like it so I am not sure as to the age. The straight legs and wooden knobs make me think early 19th Century, nut I have no clue. less
