It is made of Murano blown glass in white and transparent.
When lit it lights up in 3 colors, purple, red and yellow.

Good condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear.

The lamp has versatile lighting options offering the capability to light up just the 2 middle sections, the upper and the bottom section, or the entire lamp!

Carlo Nason was born in 1935 in Murano, Italy and his family is one of the island of Murano’s oldest glass blowing families.
They involved him in their glassblowing process when he was very young. He is well known for his impeccable design skill and use of historical techniques in producing inventive lighting fixtures, sculptures, lamps, & vases.
He continues to live and work in Murano, Italy.
His works can be viewed in the collections at The Museum of Modern Art in New York and The Corning Museum of Glass.
The Mazzega Glass Factory is located in Murano, Italy.
They are exceptional glassmakers, designers, and artists and have largely contributed to the circulation of Murano glass throughout the world. Mazzega has employed iconic designers such as Toni Zuccheri, Aldo Nason, Carlo Nason, and Loredano Rosin and they are acclaimed for their stunning handcrafted lamps, magnificent chandeliers, and pendant lighting.
Mazzega continues the prominent family tradition under the brand name A.V. Mazzega which now includes a line of contemporary glass.

official proof of authenticity,
