Exquisitely blown glass vessel with opening in the belly for a beautiful bloom. Although this teardrop shaped vase appears to be delicate its actually quite substantial coming in at 11" tall.
Timo Sarpaneva first made this orchid vase in 1953 in Finland for Iittala. This example is engraved signed and numbered on bottom.
