The timber of the drawer fronts is very fine, with lively and luminous grain patterning. The drawers function very smoothly. Hardware is later, very elegant English brass bail pulls and escutcheons of florette form. Very good antique condition with a few scattered old restorations to the case, signs of age such as minor dings and marks, later finish in good condition.
