Elegant French fireplace screen is made from gilded bronze in Louis XVI style. A very fine quality Napoleon III period screen. 9 filigree fans when unfolded remind of a peacock tail and beautifully let the light in from the fire. Easy to fold, it has clasps on both sides. There is a carry handle on the top. Great working condition with some age related wear to finish.
