In good original condition showing some typical age-appropriate wear from normal use, there are some flakes out of the paint and a scratch to the right of the gent on the bridge and with a couple old touchups in the sky
Professionally framed in an antique style frame that does have a few blemishes and a chip out of its backside lower left hand corner.

Artist signed illegibly within the water in the lower left hand corner.
