Rich dark brown in colour, this piece is inlaid with pure silver wire on all four sides. The pattern of which resembles the auspicious 'ruyi' shape and scrolling work. Perfect for displaying statues, vases or urns or whatever is required.
This is a old piece - Late Qing Dynasty. Not only is this rare but it is not often found in this size. Made from 2 blocks of wood with carefull and honest repair.
The weight is approximately 6lbs. Display area:14x7" - will accommodate an item of this size and smaller.
