Charming Late 19th Century Elmwood stool with turned legs and cross stretcher and a circulair top.
You can see and feel that this is a stool with character and history, beautiful shiny aged wood and with a “cut” in the seat, made in the traditional way.
The stool is in very nice old condition, with a wonderful patina.
Look closely at the seat, it has “frayed” a bit at the edge over the many years of its existence.
