It is 3 dimensional and has a brass easel stand. It has not been polished and has light tarnish. It will polish well if you like your brass shiny. The back holds in the glass or picture by tabs and screws. One is missing. This does not affect the stability of the frame/mirror. The inside dimensions are 6” x 4.5.” Outside dimensions are 8.5” x 5.5.” See images. See less
