This visually weightless table was originally marketed as both a desk and a dining table. The oval top, crafted from exquisite Gray marble, features crisp white veins and a refined bullnosed edge inspired by Eero Saarinen’s iconic Tulip Pedestal Tables. The base, however, is distinctly Florence Knoll—an ingenious design of four solid cast steel splayed legs converging into a single central column. This masterfully balanced structure achieves a remarkable sense of weightlessness, despite its substantial materials.

This vintage iteration, circa 1980, remains in excellent original condition, showcasing only minor wear consistent with its age and history. This table is unmarked, it is however an authentic Knoll piece, sourced from a suite of Knoll pieces from a single executive office.
