The cushion modified brilliant cut diamond is surrounded with a halo of small round brilliant cut pink sapphires adding up to 0.09CTS. The pink sapphires are surrounded with 30 large natural rose cut diamonds and 16 natural round brilliant cut diamonds adding up to 1.05CTS.
