It has a Bird - Dove? in Pointer and The Perimeter is Marked with Roman Numerals to Depict the Time of Day. It is in Very Good Original Condition with Nice Natural Age and Exposure Related Verdigris - Patina. It Displays Very Nicely as it is or it could be Cleaned and Polished if So Desired. No Damage.
