Vintage Tiffany & Co 'Quilt' dome ring crafted in 18 karat yellow gold (circa 1980s to 1990s).
The domed band features a visually striking textured quilt style design and makes a great statement on the hand. Weighing 10.9 grams the ring has a weighty feel on the finger. The medium rise band (6.5mm - 0.25 inches) sits comfortably on the finger. It is ideal worn alone or stacked.
