It features eight conjoined cylindrical forms of stylized cane bamboo segments with three sets of incised banding (top, bottom, and center) details representing their joints. These forms have circular mouths that are ideal for holding flower stems of virtually any diameter. While this is a perfectly functional piece- ideal for presenting flower arrangements- it is also an objet d'art in its own right that promised to add a touch of elegance to any surface that it graces. With its classically inspired form and clean silhouette, this piece is as versatile as it is aesthetically pleasing, blending perfectly with any style of interior from classic Mid-Century Modern to contemporary. Excellent condition. American, circa 1970. Dimensions: 3" W x 2.5"D x 4.5" H. See less
