Brought back … Read more Revisiting an important vase in blown glass "veronese" but unfortunately damaged. Made design by cleto munari in 2002. Brought back to life by a pictorial intervention in the form of abstraction, with colored acrylic paints and gold enamel paint by gianni celati (well-known artist from ferrara 1936 - 2022).

gianni celati: born in ferrara, (1936-2022) attended the “a. Venturi” art institute in modena and the academy of fine arts in bologna.
he worked as a set designer at the teatro dell’opera in rome, years full of fruitful experiences and important encounters, such as de chirico and gentilini.
in rome he also worked as an advertising graphic designer but it was in ferrara that, once he returned, he devoted himself to painting and sculpture, later setting up personal exhibitions both nationally and in other countries, obtaining praise from critics and the public. Many of the artist’s works are exhibited in italy and abroad, especially in the united states.
capable of moving from figurative to abstract art with an expressiveness and an unlimited space of synergic and surreal nuances. In the paintings the colors come to life and run, telling of energies in movement and interpretative worlds. The sinuosity and harmony of the brush strokes connect the artist's soul with the spaces of infinity and the heart of the observer.
