Born in Oklahoma, Sidnii Woods moved to California in 1952 to study art and design. She continued her studies with Frank Webb and Jan Kunz and gained early recognition for her oil paintings, sculptures and mosaics and – winning awards at the Festival of Arts in Laguna Beach and the Triton Museum of Art. Over the course of a long career, Woods exhibited widely and with success and was the recipient of numerous prizes and juried awards. See less
