Biography
Marc Beauregard, master painter and muralist, received a bachelor’s degree from New Paltz in New York. The training and experience he acquired while working in New York’s Scenic Union has been invaluable.
He also studied at the Kansas City Art institute.
Marc expanded his education at the L’Academia del’Arte in Italy which has enabled him to master the art of trompe l’oeil with a
proficiency matched by few.
In his paintings, he integrates a clean, contemporary style with old world subject matter.
The dichotomy of visual elements is very stimulating to the senses, and evokes an aura of harmony between old and new.
The artist is one of South Florida’s foremost commissioned, and he works privately with consultants, designers and private clients.
Artist Statement
"Contrasting elements seem to be integrated in my life and art. The known and the unknown confront the thought process in my every-day experiences.
The known, and a search for the unknown, confront the thought process in my everyday experiences. We see that which is there, and accept it for what it is. Look again and you can see from a place within yourself, a vision that can reveal the unknown. This perspective gives the artist a tool to observe 'everday' existence, interpreting it into a creative personal expression."
