A large mid-century modern multicolored dyed hemp fiber art of a man and a woman made by Karlo Djurovich (B.1945) of Yugoslavia. Djurovich worked in San Francisco in the 1970s. A label on the back says the sitters are “ Prof and Mrs TJ Kent” and that the original prices was $4,000.
The piece is well executed with both the man and woman having a full head of hair. The colors are strong and the piece is in good condition. It has a metal frame that is slightly broken at the top.
