Baltimore silversmith Jacobi and Jenkins (1894-1900) was one of the many Baltimore silversmiths taking advantage of the wealth the shipping industry coming and going through Fells Point and the Port of Baltimore was funneling into the new and growing monied class. These spoons are stamped on the reverse with “Sterling 925/1000 Fine Jacobi & Jenkins.”
This set of 12 Jacobi and Jenkins soup spoons circa 1900 and in a rare renaissance style pattern is in near mint condition with little wear consistent with age and use.
