The top has a wonderfully scalloped and hand-carved edge with shell decoration. The top has gorgeous figured wood as well. The base is a birdcage on a turned and carved pedestal, supported on three cabriole legs with magnificent hand-carved decoration on the legs, finishing in a claw and egg foot.
