A handsome design incorporating brass and nickel-plated steel. As you can see in the close-up there is light pitting on some parts. Generally with a little Brasso and light steel wool these diminish considerably. I've done with work around the top on the outer nickel-plated steel edge, with good results. These blemishes show up more boldly in the photos than when looked at in
real life.

The glass top is lightly scratched on the side that's been employed. The other side is like new. Whether the scratches are visible pretty much depends on the light striking the glass. In general, with the scratched side down, the scratches are not very noticeable. See less
