The shade is a gradient brownish orange color going from darker at the top, lighter towards the bottom. The interior of the shade is white, giving the frosted exterior a milky cream look. The fine detail in all the parts speaks to early American craftsmanship. Patent date on the central draft burner is February 28, 1905. The shade and chimney will be removed for shipping and wrapped separately in an oversized box. See less

There is a tiny chip in the shade, a small dent in the oil font. There are spots on the oil font. These will more than likely polish out; I only used a cloth to lightly polish. The shade and globe appear to be original, but I am not 100% positive. The globe has some waving in it like it was handcrafted. less
