It Comes from the Classic American Arts … Read more This Really is a Great Looking and Quite Unusual Antique American Wine Corkscrew. It Comes from the Classic American Arts & Crafts Period - Circa Early 1900s. The LARGE - OVERSIZE Genuine Stag Horn - Antler Handle Measures 9 1/4 Inches Long. It is Mounted with a Substantially Hand Made Sterling Silver End Cap. The Mid Section of the Corkscrew is Fitted with a Rotating Cast Iron Bottle Opener and Cutting Tool. It has No Maker Mark - Just Marked STERLING 20. It is in Very Good All Original Cosmetic and Strong Perfectly Functional Condition - Displays Nicely. The Steel Corkscrew Assembly appears to be Nickel Plated with Some Minor Age and Use Related Surface Wear. The Corkscrew Tip - Point is Sharp and Original. The End Cap is Lightly Tarnished - Could use a Good Polishing.
It Measures Overall Approx 5 3/4 inches Tall x 9 1/4 inches Long x 1 3/8 inches Wide.
