Executed and signed by artist, Harry Luke in 1954. In this unframed piece he depicts a typical still life scene; a bowl of fruit on a table of varied types of fruit in the colors of canary yellow, deep reds, vibrant orange, rich purple arranged in a bowl surrounded by an brown earthen ceramic vessel. In the backdrop we get a peek of a framed picture on a soft blue colored wall.

Due to its 70 year age, the paint has crackled, yet the art is good shape and lends to its vintage charm. There's in primitive hardware on reverse side for hanging.
