This is a very cute and unusual item. This is a hand painted porcelain men's wingtip shoe.

It’s light green although the pictures make it show slightly darker. Measurements about 5 inches long
1 1/2 inches from opening to bottom of heel
1 1/2 inches wide on bottom of sole
1 1/4 inch wide on bottom of heel.
