However more unusually it is painted on both sides . The earlier (late C18th) is in pale tones depicting angels in orange and blue, the later (early 19th) shows figures, horses and buildings painted in strong pigments in four sections. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
