Offered is a custom made Teak Wood Charcuterie/Barbecue Board with handles in the style of Richard Nissen. It has a carve out moat rim and pool to capture meat juices and crumbs, and a rim carveout to tilt the board and pour juices directly on a served plate. The handles are extremely sturdy and are attached as a solid piece, not via inserted dowels. These are known throughout Brazil and Argentina, 2 countries with reverence for grilled beef and barbecue, as Tablas de Churrasco or Tabua de Churrasco. When the grill master carves off a few cooked ends to feed the crowd and continue cooking, a friend comes and takes this board around for an early taste.
The board measures 21" long, 14.25" wide, 1" deep
