The curved shape of the tray, on the front and on the sides, are the result of the high level craftemanships of the Venetian master cabinetery. The tray showcases an extraordinary use of the laquer through meticulously painted rural scenes rich of details, lending the piece a captivating decorative charm. In the past, it was habit to remove gloves when entering a home, and leaves them on a tray like this one. It is an elegant piece that can perfectly matches with the beauty of every timeless home. One of the distinctive characteristics of Venetian Baroque and Rococo furniture and decorative objects, is the skilful use of lacquers.
