This 'The Supernut' silver-plated nutcracker in the shape of a walnut was produced in the 70s by BMF Nagel, also known for the Nagel candlesticks.
The nutcracker is unused, comes from an old store stock.
The box is present, unfortunately the box has been swapped over time. The box is from the 24 carat gold-plated version of the super nutcracker :) This piece has an attribution mark,
