This collapsible furniture is less well known and not as ubiquitous as Safari Chairs. The Bofingers from this series consist of a complex plug-in system of individual wooden elements. They can be completely dismantled into very small and handy individual parts. The elements are made of ash and stained red in this version
Thick canvas cloth serves as the seat, which lies in loops, crosswise in the frame and is laced from below.
The chairs and table are in very good condition with signs of wear and aging. Some wooden parts have been repaired. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
