A fantastic and rare carved Danish teak elephant figurine, from 1960s. This is typical of Scandinavian minimalism, a nice simple design a stylized version of an elephant, with lovely details on the face and the slender body. It is a gorgeous piece of Mid-century modern interior design. The carving is of an incredible standard, simple design yet still very beautiful.
It is and 8cm (3.14") high 2.5cm (0.98") deep and 10.5cm (4.13") wide and in a very good condition.
