Cherner chair, also called 'Hourglass armchair'' icon of the famous American designer Norman Cherner (1920-1987).
Very rare steam-bent walnut wood chair upholstered in cowhide.
Manufactured in 1958 by Plycraft, USA.
The Cherner Chair was featured in Norman Rockwell's cover for the Saturday Evening Post in June 1961. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
