Hand-set Swarovski crystals surround a lovely round frame set between 2 elegant swans, also embellished with crystals. The back of the frame features a heart-shaped stand with crystal embellishment and is signed Jay Strongwater 2004. This is a limited edition frame, stamped 23/450, and is a must-have for a Strongwater collector! Measures 4 x 6 x 1.5, picture opening 3.25 inches. Excellent condition. See less
