Awesome decoration, great contrast of cobalt blue (porcelain) & gold colors. Featured is a courting scene young man and woman, undoubtedly French Royalty of the time. Painting is signed, bottom is covered with metal plate, under which are Sevres marks. This beauty was made at the turn of the 19th to 20th century. Large and impressive size at 33" to 35" adjustable height, and 9.5" wide. It is in good condition, light age / use wear, patina on the metal is not original, it has been painted on, hence the appearance and deeply discounted price (please see photos). This will be a and a joy to the eyesight - a great collection addition! See less
