This beautiful figurine was … Read more This marvelous dancing couple figurine is created in gorgeous cream colored porcelain with red, hand-painted details. This beautiful figurine was made by Hutschenreuter of Selb, Germany and was the design of artist Carl Werner [1895-1980] and was created in the 1930s. The stylized couple appears to be dancing, either ballet or flamingo, based on shoes. Green backstamp reads: "Hutschereuther, Selb, LHS, Lion within a circle, Germany, Kunstabteiling and the number 15. Measurements for this fabulous creation are: Height from top to bottom=12-1/4 inches, Width side to side at widest=11-1/4 inches, Depth from front to back=3-1/4 inches. This marvelous dancing couple figurine has been well cared for, gently displayed and is in excellent antique condition, free from chips, cracks or other imperfections. The fingers of both dancers are free from losses, as is the paint. Please review photos for additional information.
