This is actually classic pfaltzgraff, made in the USA. You don't see many from this particular set that often. It's fairly straightforward, two sections one for dip, one for what gets dipped. The glaze has a slightly dotted effect, a nod to classic mcm design king Russell Wright, perhaps?
