The coat tree is in good, original, clean and ready to use condition, showing minor signs of wear and use, normal and consistent with age, specific condition report as follows. Structurally sound and sturdy, finish shows wear, alligatoring to the varnish etc, one upper hook shows a slight crimp, please see images.
