Each square represents a different month of … Read more Lovely 1940's era vintage quilt believed to be by the artist LaVerne Bartos. Each square represents a different month of the year to include a girl with coat and hat in January, a girl with an umbrella in April, May flowers, a boy carrying books to school in September, a clown carrying a pumpkin for October, a Pilgrim for November, and a girl with a bag of toys for December. The quilt is clean smelling, but has some light brown and yellow stains. There is also a small hole in the back (pictured). None of these detract from the beauty of this hand stitched and hand quilted quilt. Perfect for a twin size bed, but could also be used on a full size bed. Size is 91" x 64". See less
