Decorative Sterling Silver Caviar or Sugar Shovel or Perhaps a Jelly Spoon, Made in Germany.
This spoon is hallmarked with 800, indicating the silver purity, as well as the crescent moon and German crown. Beyond that there is no identifying marks and I am unable to determine the pattern or maker. Could possibly be Hanau silver as they were not required to hallmark their pieces - though it does have the moon & crown.
