This is an original advertisement for Eau Sauvage after shave for men by Christian Dior that appeared in a French magazine dating to 1972. It is original to 1972 and is NOT a recent reproduction print. It has iconic Gruau elements of strong graphic styling and strong color. Signed by Gruau (upper left) with his recognizable “g” initial. This whimsical image will make you smile. It is 9.75 x 12 inches in size. It is in excellent vintage condition and comes matted in a neutral tone custom 16 x 20 inch mat that is ready for a standard size frame. Would make a fabulous gift!
