Textured glass vase, Cartoccio model, designed by Italian designer Pietro Chiesa in 1932 for the Fontana Arte company, which still produces this vase today. This piece dates from the 1950s.
Manual manufacturing gives it an exceptional wavy shape of a pleated paper bag (Cartoccio = paper bag). Its shape makes it possible to put different kinds of flowers in each of the “compartments”.
It is in very good condition.
