Vintage Sergio Daniel Blatto Figurative Black / White Painting
Offered for sale is an original mixed-media painting by the Argentinian artist Sergio Daniel (Argentina b1962) . The painting uses mixed media material with paint, plaster, and sgraffito techniques to achieve an aged look. It is titled "Los que sienten verguenza ajena III". The work is a figurative composition depicting sinister mischievous children atop pedestals. The translation of the title means "Those who feel shame III". The painting was exhibited in 1998 at the XXII National Salon in Santa Fe, Argentina and again at another show in 1999. The composition is a strong and thought-provoking work of art from one of Argentina's emerging artists. The painting is signed on the front and on verso. The work is primitively framed in black-painted wood.
