Hand … Read more Captivating, vibrantly colorful, and highly textural, this fiber wall art sculpture was created by Fibers by Tate circa 1970's. Hand signed and dated 1978 on the back Masonite board. Multicolorful vibrant pink magenta, violet, and red hand-twined wool fiber wrapped over strands of jute to form thirteen thick looped layers. This work is in the style of Jane Knight, Sheila Hicks, Evelyn Ackerman, and Olga de Amaral who were famous fiber artists of the mid century era. See less
