This piece is blue and white chinoiserie with a twist.. pink and green is added and the ginger jar has turned into a pumpkin.
The lidded jar is decorated with grapes and leaves with geometrics around the top and bottom. The knobbed lid continues the pattern. Made of porcelain it was made for Chinese export.
