  • "The stretchers would be about $50.00 and then I don't know what the framer would charge for labor because I always stretch my own. Whatever, it would be cheaper than me sending it all the way to California stretched! I once sent one 36"x48" (way smaller) to Washington State and that cost over $600."

  • "How much do you think the frame/stretch will be? I am sure prices in NYC are similar to San Francisco. I will let my client know and circle back with you. Thanks for your quick response!"

  • "This painting is from late 2014. I usually don't sell such recent ones on Chairish, preferring to sell older ones. I believe this is a very good price. Let me know if you have any more questions. -Trixie"

  • "Hi Wynne, Yes, this is an original oil painting on canvas. I take great care in packing and shipping. I use UPS. Once you receive the painting, you can take it to a framer and ask them to stretch it on 48" heavy duty stretchers (1.5"deep). This way, there is really no need for further framing. Personally with my abstract paintings, I like the clean look of a deep stretcher and no frame, but whatever you like."

  • "is this on a canvas? Can it be re-stretched if its shipped to California in a tube?"
