This charming vintage still life painting features a delicate bouquet of white roses arranged in an elegant, classical vase. The roses, painted with soft, layered brushstrokes, showcase subtle variations of white and pale green, conveying their natural beauty and fragility. Set against a gentle blue and pastel-hued background, the flowers stand out with a serene elegance. A few fallen petals lie beside the vase, adding a touch of realism and poetic beauty to the composition. The artist’s signature, “J. Melvin,” adds authenticity to this tranquil depiction of floral beauty. C,1980's.
