Jean-claude silbermann (1935) surrealist landscape with hedgehog, 1964 original ink drawing signed in pencil at the bottom on thick paper 12 x 8.5 cm reference: exhibition catalog "sneaky signs" (mona lisa gallery, 1964) #2 information: drawing to illustrate the text by josé pierre "quand j'étais pomme de terre" published in the catalogue of the exhibition "enseignes sournoises" in 1964. Silbermann is an artist of the late surrealist movement, close to andré breton. Provenance: library "paul destribats library of the avant-garde, christie's sale november 2022 very good condition this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
