Mid-century table lamp in spotlight shape.
The special feature of this heavy spotlight lies in the casing made of chrome-plated metal mesh with rectangular holes that surrounds the body. In contrast, the front and back are matt black. The square base plate and the holder are white. The spotlight head can be rotated and swiveled.
Unfortunately, I do not know the designer or manufacturer of this lamp. One clue could be the Italian cord switch, which is often found in Ingo Maurer's early designs.
