Made by Tiffin Glass Company it has a raised gold 1/2 inch ramblings rose pattern on the outside edge with gold lines broadcasting out from the center handle. This is a hard to find rambling rose pattern on this plate. The 1/2 inch boarder on this octagon plate gives the appearance of the it being round. Very different. See less
